Resurfacing work scheduled for River Road

Traffic can expect delays this week along a busy section of road which is undergoing road works.

Tomorrow through to Friday [Wednesday, 1 February -Friday, 3 February], River Road, from Oakley Avenue to Riverview Terrace, is being milled - removing the road's top layer - and resurfaced.

The road works are dependent on weather conditions. If rain causes delays, the road works will be rescheduled for the next available fine day.

Traffic management will include a single lane and stop/go.

This work is part of the re-surfacing programme.
