Resource consents
The Planning and Guidance Unit at Hamilton City Council focuses on the implementation and enforcement of Hamilton city's District Plan. The unit's role is to provide information and guidance related to resource consent applications and enquiries on the District Plan and the Resource Management Act.
Building consents and information
Build Hamilton is an online information service for anyone with a building project, whether you are a home handyperson, residential builder, property developer or involved in the local building industry. The buildhamilton site is provided by Hamilton City Council.
