Records are held at the office located onsite at Hamilton Park Cemetery, next to the Chapel. The office is open Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Standard burial hours Monday to Friday: 8am - 4pm (Saturdays by arrangement)
- Standard cremation hours Monday to Saturday: 8.30am - 4.30pm.

Services may take place outside the above hours by arrangement with the manager. In such circumstances an after hours fee will apply.

The purpose of the Hamilton City Cemeteries and Crematorium Bylaw is to enable Council to set fees, manage and set standards for the operation of its cemeteries and crematoria within Hamilton.
