Community Resources Advisor
- Administers Council funding for community groups such as the Community Well-Being Grants and the School Holiday Programme Grants through the co-ordination of allocation committees.
- Provides funding information throught the annual Funding Handbook publication, facilitating Funding Expo's and Funding Workshops, support of 10 Council sponsored FundView and BreakOut database sites, general funding information and advice.
- Develops and maintains relationships within the community for the purpose of providing relevant information to community groups, e.g. Waikato Funders Network, Hamilton OSCAR network, Sport Waikato, Community Houses and Centres.

Ethnic Development Advisor
- Promotes and enhances the social, cultural and economic well-being of ethnic communities.
- Promotes the awareness of cultural diversity.
- Co-ordinates and enhances existing services and assists in the development of further services to migrants in Hamilton through building strong relationships with ethnic communities and service providers.
- Publishes the Hamilton Directory for New Settlers.
- Co-ordinates Citizenship Ceremonies; Welcome New Migrants and International Students functions.

Social Development Advisor
- Supports social development projects and promote opportunities for Youth Council, Council of Elders and other community reference groups to engage in Council processes.
- To act as key public liaison, advisory and support role to diverse community groups, social service organisations and government agencies in order to promote and develop social wellbeing initiatives.
