Variations to the Hamilton City Proposed District Plan

(References Version), November 2001

Changes to the Hamilton City Proposed District Plan are achieved through the formal Variation process. A Variation means an alteration by a local authority to a proposed policy statement, plan, or change (under clause 16A of Schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act).
